Christmas MenuAvailable from November. STARTERS: Nest of melon with a compote of spiced fruit. Roasted tomato & basil soup. Duck & orange pate with a tangy plum chutney. Goats cheese tartlette with a sundried tomato pesto.
MAIN COURSES: Baked salmon on a bed of spinach with a spring onion pesto. Roast turkey with pigs in blanket & onion herb stuffing. Slow roast pheasant with bacon, mushroom & onion red wine sauce. Peppered mushrooms, filo stack with crispy leeks. Roast topside of beef with rich pan gravy.
DESSERTS: Traditional xmas pudding. Mulled cherry cheesecake. Meringue nest with carmalised peaches. Welsh cheese plate with apple & celery. Cappuccino chocolate mousse.
